WEDDING PACKAGES

Acoustic Set

  • 3 hours (ceremony + pre-reception - includes ceremony time)

  • Live acoustic music to set the perfect atmosphere for your special day

  • Portable speaker, no power required

  • 2 locations (i.e. ceremony + can move to second spot for pre-reception)

  • $1000

Reception Only

  • 5 hours (reception only)

  • Live music + DJ-style dance sets for your reception

  • One location only. Full Sound System and DJ lights (power point required)

  • $1850

Half Day

  • 6.5 hours (pre-reception + reception)

  • Acoustic music during your pre-reception or cocktail hour then live music + DJ-style dance sets for your reception

  • 2 locations (i.e. pre-reception + can move to second spot for reception)

  • Portable + Full Sound System and DJ lights

  • $2200

Full Day

  • 8 hours (ceremony + pre-reception + reception)

  • Live acoustic music for your ceremony + pre-reception + DJ-style dance sets for your reception

  • 3 locations (i.e. ceremony + pre-reception + reception locations)

  • Portable + Full Sound System and DJ lights

  • $2550


TRAVEL FEE

  • The above pricing includes travel across the Tamworth region at the following venues: Goonoo Goonoo Station; Dag Sheep Station; Pavillion Function Centre; Tangaratta Vineyard; Dungowan Station; Graze at the Willow Tree Inn; Windy Woolshed; Springfield Woolshed; and Kumbogie Woolshed.

  • $500 minimum travel charge to the Hunter Valley, Mudgee, Dubbo.

  • Travel is limited to Saturday weddings only, and for full day packages only.

KEY DETAILS

  • Bookings available strictly 12 months in advance.

  • Invoice provided. Payment via Direct Deposit.

  • $350 non-refundable deposit to be paid within 2 weeks of your booking enquiry to secure your date.

  • Balance payment required 2 weeks before your big day.

  • Water and soft drinks to be provided, as well as a supplier meal for reception services.

  • Shade/shelter must be provided for set up location.

  • No powerpoint required for ceremony or pre-reception areas;
    1 x powerpoint required for reception area.

  • All equipment (including lighting) is provided.

  • Licenced venues only (no private properties, sorry!).

MUSICAL STYLE

I have hundreds of songs on my repertoire, having performed in pubs, clubs, events and festivals across QLD, NSW and Nashville. Your ceremony songs can be chosen by you so can be anything you like; the pre-reception hour is filled with all the acoustic love song ballads and the reception live music mix is tailored to the event and crowd, but predominately is a multi-genre arrangement of old school classics, pop, and country.

DJ-style sets at weddings can be personalised to your preferred musical style but generally a mix of Pop, Country, Old School and RnB.

EXAMPLE WEDDING DAY TIMELINE

  • 3pm* Ceremony - 10 mins* of soft background music played through the speaker; followed by a live song of your choice as you walk down the aisle (usually first verse + chorus). A live acoustic song of your choice is then played while you sign the register; and a live acoustic song of your choice while you walk back down the aisle as the happy couple! Finished with 10 mins* of soft background music while your guests mingle and before photos commence.

  • 4pm* Pre-Reception - Live acoustic background music to entertain your guests while you’re getting photos.

  • 5.30pm* Reception - Move inside to the reception area. Entrance song played over the speaker while your MC introduces the bridal party. Background dinner music played through the speaker over dinner followed by live acoustic sets.

  • 8pm* First dance - (can either be played live acoustic or the original version through my speakers) followed immediately by upbeat dance floor anthems. These are performed live with a drum beat pedal and mixed with DJ-style playlist sets of dance music.

  • 10.50pm* last song - can be a specific song of your choice if you are doing a final farewell archway or would just like a specific song played to finish off the night!

*Example times only and subject to change on the day. I’m flexible and work with the venue staff and your MC to ensure everything runs smoothly!
