Terms & Conditions

1. Travel & Venue Restrictions

  • Travel may incur additional charges.

  • Please note, I do not perform at private properties.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation (1-30 Days Before Event): The full fee is non-refundable unless due to mandatory COVID-19 restrictions.

  • Sarah Head Music Cancellation: In the rare event of a cancellation by Sarah Head Music, a full refund will be provided.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure a double power point, loading zone, and parking space are available at the venue at least one hour before, during, and one hour after the event.

  • Provide water or soft drinks for Sarah during the event.

  • Set up should be in an undercover or shaded area.

4. Performance Details

  • Performance hours shortened due to weather, delays, guest behavior, or venue restrictions will not be refunded.

5. Equipment & Liability

  • Any damage to Sarah Head Music’s equipment caused by the client or guests will incur charges.

  • Sarah Head Music holds current Public Liability insurance.

6. Payment & Invoicing

  • Payments can be made via Direct Deposit or in cash on the night (clubs only).

  • Additional changes to the original booking will be invoiced accordingly.

  • Additional hours must be pre-booked and paid for before the event.

7. Media & Marketing

  • Photos from your event may be used on Sarah Head Music’s social media, website, or other advertising materials.

8. Quote Validity

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days, and bookings are confirmed only in writing.

9. Non-Fulfillment

  • While every effort will be made to fulfill the booking, Sarah Head Music accepts no responsibility for non-fulfillment.

These terms are accepted upon booking your event with Sarah Head Music.
